真的太差了，用生命推荐大家一定不要住这个宾馆，硬件外观还可以，但是仅限外观。我住的4002房间，198元，因为天下大雨，刚进去觉得很冷，就打电话找服务员来看，电话里服务员态度很差，不想来，我再三坚持，她才极不情愿来看。她来看了之后，说空间是坏的，只有一个档位17度，不能调。我说那你给我换个房间，她说不行，要换只能加几十块换其他房间。我就无语了。你们的设施都不例行检查的？坏的为啥可以住，为什么必须加钱住贵的房间？我的钱是天上掉的？我拒绝了。然后第二天早上，我刚结完账，上了出租车，发现充电器忘在宾馆左侧的插头上，打电话问宾馆说没有。这才几分钟，就说没有。以前住其他宾馆有时候忘了充电器，别人都给找到了。我这个自己都知道位置，他说没有。我再三确认说在床左侧，宾馆的人说再找下，然后给我回复。直到现在，过了三天了，一直没有回复。以后再也不会住这个宾馆了。

出差过来住了两次，第一次去年十二月，已经很冷了没开中央空调，这次来了更离谱，没有热水，一直说在修，然后一直修不好，暖气也没用，说了几次然后才开，晚上又关了。凭心而论，房间设施还是不错，但是几度的天气没暖气没热水是要闹哪样
