服务态度差，我们在网上订的返现房，第二天续房时前台服务员说在她那里再交300房费就可以了，到离店时问服务员怎么返现，回答说在前台续房不能返现，办理续房时服务员不提醒顾客，明显欺炸客人，平时本来入住房费是260元，结果收了我们300元的房价，不但不解释，态度很恶劣。决定以后不再入住这家酒店了。
