可能是因为主要承接团队休闲度假，这个服务实在做得很欠缺，让清洁卫生，等到下午5点多了还没有进行卫生清洁，一下入住3天，让做3天的房卡，结果每天都只做一天，本人还不知情，每天都得先去房间刷不开再来总台，住的新装修的房间要求在可以的情况下更换房间，说了好几天也没人帮忙办理这事情，也没人打个招呼说一下，唉……
