过年期间入住 人还不少

房间陈旧，发霉发腐，感觉像废弃的房屋。花了480元定的房间，没有早餐在餐厅吃，説人少送到房间，就送了两碗难吃的麪，一点糕点加泡菜。请问这个早餐值100元么？关键是，温泉还限时间开放，我们买了票，1点才开放，结果要退房就允许泡，有这个规定吗？我买了票的，有票就可以泡，给房间有什么关系。钱也不退。你们酒店是要夸了吗？见到钱就抢。
