大大的差评！！！管理极度混乱，且服务差，首先我和朋友去的，两个房间，一个房间是会务安排，一个房间我们自己订的，会务安排的房间说没有登记，一定让我们付钱才能住（第二天经过会务组确认是酒店自己没交接好），自己订的房间说没查到订单，也要另外交费，后来把手机上订的记录和付费记录给前台看了才给我们开的房间，在前台总共等了半小时才入住，第二天又在网上下了一个同样的订单，去续房的时候告诉我房间要多加100元，或换房间，因为我前一天住的房间是商务大床房，不是这个价格的房间，我就奇怪了，怎么第一天入住的时候没人告诉我，投诉到同程就一句话，确实是酒店的责任，但我们处理不了，我就呵呵了
