每次出差都在你们酒店住 这次过来因为老公身份证掉了 只有我一个人有身份证 我们是夫妻 去办理的时候那个前台说必须要两个人的 我向她解释了情况 可不可以报身份证号登记下 她直接叫我老公去公安局开证明 我想说半晚上谁给你开证明 态度太差了 过后又喊我退款 结果根本就不能退款 我们还在想到底住不住 但是订单上面写的已经成功入住 半晚上了真的火大 什么态度 简直 说话还不爱说说两句就把头爬下去睡觉 这个酒店再也不会住了
