在微信上定的，去住的时候询问了砍价怎么领，前台说住酒店结账一起退押金和砍价的钱！第二天早上退房的时候前台换人了，说不知道！叫酒店经理来！经理听到说网上砍价！经理很严肃的说不知道！我们只退押金，你在网上看见找网上，问他找谁他直接不理人！

网上订的标间，第一天晚上空调是坏的，被冷感冒。第二天换了一个标间，空调是好的，但是卫生很差，厕所没有垃圾桶，厕所里面还有之前的呕吐物还是什么没有打扫干净，很是恶心。
