首先声明，该订单没有入住，理由：两次到酒店办理入住手续，都因酒店未收到艺龙订单，不能办理入住，艺龙提供确认码也无法入住，艺龙很不负责任的推到他们自己的供应商上，说该订单是他们从旅行社订的。结果因为我们无法入住，艺龙扣了我一个晚上的房费！艺龙自己的错为何由客户来承担？！
