本来订的清新大床房，到店后无缘无故给我们换成法式大床房，因为只住一晚，所以觉得没有什么问题，但是今天发现法式大床房更便宜，然而酒店并没有退费给我们，声称他们酒店主打法式大床房，我觉得这样算故意欺瞒住客，并且酒店特别老，整个房间看着特别旧，凳子垫子上都是污渍，整个入住体验特别差，完全不值房价
