春节期间带着老人和孩子去抚仙湖，入住这家酒店。选择房间时，看到他们说房间可以入住4人，有两张双人床，就直接订了。在前台办好入住，提交的是4个人资料，进房间一看，洗漱用品只有两套完整的，漱口杯两个，毛巾三套，牙刷两把，拖鞋2双……有一些配了三套，四人使用的在哪里？！打电话给前台，跑了三次，都没把东西配齐，最后给我们说没有枕头了，漱口杯也没有了，拖鞋也没拿。晚上洗澡，淋浴间的水漫到脚背，下水不通。第二天早上起来，老妈7点过起来，我们9点过起来，一直到中午11点过，连热水都放不出来！这就是接近1000元的房费提供的服务吗？！还有，床硬得恼火，睡一晚上起来，第二天背痛得不行；所谓的湖景房，一个很小的侧湖景而已，看得到湖的挂角；窗帘不遮光，房间里晒得很；洗手盆脏得已经擦不干净了，全是污垢痕迹……你们可以收高价，但酒店业的基本准则就是，高价和服务、硬件配套成正比！
