作为一个五星级酒店，服务员极端不负责任，小孩放儿童乐园玩耍，和服务员说好关门时给家长打电话，我们过来接，结果到关门时根本就不给家长电话，直接把小孩赶出来，说我们要关门了你们赶紧走，小孩也不敢反抗只有自己出来找我们。试问这是五星级酒店的服务吗，投诉给大堂经理也一直没有回复。这就是五星级酒店吗。
