2818年2月26日入住抚仙湖致家酒店，全湖景房，房间不错，非常不满意是前台服务主管，电话:18887708820，态度恶劣，做服务行业没有这样的，我早上9点到达酒店，通知我要中午12点才能办理入住，中午11点半打话问说房间没有腾出来，要2点，我是下午两点整到达酒店前台，客气的问了一句你们这里都是2点办理入住吗，前台第一次爱答不理，第二次我问她说2点都已经很早了，请问下我办理房间入住需要等到下午3/4点吗，全称无笑容，冷冰冰的，从办理入住到退房始终都是冷冷的，没遇到这种的，此类服务人员，云南不是号称七彩云南欢迎全国人民吗，如果人人都像他这种，不会有人再去抚仙湖，不会有人再去云南，对此人必须差评！！！😡😡😡
