  第三次住这家酒店了，只要来澄迈就会想到这里来，这次住了小飞侠亲子房，里面的布置很适合小朋友，智选餐厅也不错，第一次在酒店吃午餐，菜品丰富，价格实惠，感觉回到了大学的食堂，自选的乐趣孩子们也特别喜欢，服务还是保持着水准，欢迎水果三年了，每年都赠送，不过这次李子真心酸 ，但不影响，前台小哥王亮很热情，有问必答，这几天都下雨，雨刚停就恢复了游泳池，也是对客人很尽心了，以后来澄迈依然会选择

  酒店各方面都太好了！超级干净！对于洁癖的我来说太满意了 房间环境也超级好 床也很舒服 周围很安静 前两天住落了点东西 隔一天第二次入住的时候正好拿回来了 预定部曾荣妹女士还给我手写了信太用心了！有点事还帮我延迟退房，还贴心的问早餐午餐等等！太满意了！退房时候前台另一位服务人员吴锦园小姐姐也是细心询问住宿感受！还送了小礼物小水果！真的走的时候都开心的拉满！绝对是老城镇最好的酒店👍🏻

  第一次入住酒店整体来说非常不错。入住前就接到预订部曾荣妹打电话问我什么时候到店，对房间有什么要求，并根据我的要求为我安排房间，非常贴心的服务。酒店大堂宽敞明亮，设施设备都很新，看起来很高档，卫生干净，服务好，早餐品种多，味道不错，值得入住。

  第一次入住酒店，服务很热情，有位大堂经理小林很耐心地帮忙订好了房间，详细地介绍了酒店，还安排给送了果盘。还有礼宾小吴帮忙把行李运送到房间，前台安排的房间很不错，设施品质高，新颖。餐厅早餐也很好，酒店环境真的很舒适，有机会会再来。

  去年疫情期住过本酒店，今年五一再次入住，一直对他们家的机器人和泳池念念不忘；酒店一如既往的干净整洁，门口的草丛里有几只黑山羊，孩子们一看到就开心的不得了，房间阳台上的晾衣架很赞，可以晾晒很多衣物；早餐也不错，需要指出的是服务感觉不如上次那么热情了，脸上的微笑没那么多了，希望再接再厉把服务提上去。
