在郴州同城比较来看，该酒店性价比不高，楼下是KTV周边是建筑工地，晚上睡觉声音较大，不建议睡靠马路一边的。比如卫生状况不佳，床铺看起来有斑点，枕头属于那种低档的，热水要很久才有。还有服务员的态度不冷不热的，感受不到应有的服务，一开始问单间是198元，后来说是艺龙网上订是178后，就马上改口了。本来这酒店就不值这个价。
