酒店设施挺好，房间、床都比较大，淋浴设施挺好。位于十字路口和小公园旁，比较吵。
前台服务不行。本人用的是闪付，交了相同房费的押金，应该免查房、免排队，结果都没得到相应的待遇。退房时询问前台关于网上订单为什么还是“等待核实入住”状态，态度不耐烦，服务语气不好，并且不及时当面处理，把本人晾在一边不闻不问，反而去接待其他客人。
现在退房已经过去差不多一天了，网上订单还是“等待核实入住”状态，押金一直没给退回。
