酒店比较旧，进去有一股发霉的异味，还有退房的时候等了差不多一个小时还没搞好，最生气的说开发票很麻烦不理我，服务态度差！！！

这是我来郴州最冷的一次了本指望到酒店暖和暖和可空调不给力光吹冷风不制暖 而且声音很大干脆关了 前台服务还不错热情快速 先住的
