酒店的装修风格设计的很好布局合理，很有品味，感觉非常好个人喜欢。酒店服务前台及楼层客服的服务态度认真负责，都很有亲和力，主动打招呼、微笑接待、很热情而且有耐心。

体验很差的酒店，要交按金100，毛巾用脏了，要收清洁费，饮料没喝沒动过，硬说你喝了，乱收费，就想讹钱，很生气！酒店用歺后呕吐，拉肚子，卫生环境极差。真是为郴州抹黑，好评不知道怎么来的！
