酒店位置佳，周边交通非常方便，门口就有公交站台。酒店大堂装修特别新颖，进入大堂感觉特别舒适。前台的员工服务态度很热情，专业技能非常娴熟。客房过道很清香，空气很好，楼层员工服务态度也非常好，能主动指引房间方向和问号。房间很温馨，专修很简约时尚。物品摆放整齐有序，卫生也特别干净。舒适度超好。隔音效果不错。早上起来还有悦耳的背景音乐，非常人性化。最值得赞的就是有自助洗衣房，洗衣机还带烘干功能。

酒店位置很显目，很好找，交通很便利，离景区和高铁站都比较近，省了很多奔波在路上的时间。酒店周围环境很好。酒店环境非常干净，安静舒适，服务员态度和蔼可亲，办理入住手续特别快。房间隔音效果非常好。房间风格特别时尚，床睡得非常舒服，床上用品非常干净，房内卫生细节做得非常干净。淋浴设备特别好，洗的很舒服。在酒店可以说吃的好、住的好、睡得好。是旅游出差的好去处，非常棒、非常爽，强烈推荐。酒店还有21个品种的自助早餐特别棒，菜品口味很好吃。分量充足，餐厅环境优雅，服务态度好，空气好，设施非常完善。性价比高。安全措施非常好。住在城市便捷郴州东江湖店真的非常温馨。好，特别满意
