环境不错，但是中途的服务实在是太差，一开始没人发短信告诉我们游客须知，把我们带到另外一个30多公里的地方坐船，去的时候酒店负责接，在烈日下等了1个多钟头，船才来！但是我们退房回家的时候，就不管我们了，自费回的码头，岛上娱乐是零，西餐厅价格贵的离谱…明明没有消费的东西硬说我们消费了！大老远的跑过来还弄得一肚子气，差评！

性价比不太高的选择:自然环境一流、硬件也不错90分，服务员态度也很好85分，但服务流程不顺畅70分。客人要另外买124元/人的旅游套票，跟游客一起挤大巴和游船才能上岛；广告上标识性“无边界泳池”不让游泳；退房时才告知没有单独的电瓶车接，要在烈日下拖着行李走几百米去坐15分钟一趟的穿梭巴；所谓的营地管家我们就刚到时见过一面，确实与定位的”五星级私家旅游服务”的差距可不是一点点。
