体验很好，房间非常大，衞生乾净，床很舒服，睡得特别好，早餐也不错，有很多甜品可以选，还有当地粉色渔粉，服务很周到，袁素波和前台小邝服务很不错。

酒店在郴州市中心五岭广场旁边，环境不错，房间宽敞明亮，设施方便，停车免费，住的满意。早餐吃了郴州有名的鱼粉，味道不错。特别是前台小万服务热情周到，点赞！

在携程找到这家酒店，据説是郴州数一数二的五星级酒店。来到大堂，还是有五星级应有的气派。前台小欧热情周到，随时响应我的需求，还看到我带娃，给我升级了安静的房间，送了娃的早餐，真是太贴心了。
房间乾净整洁，虽然不像那些智能酒店那样自动窗帘机器人之类的，但服务态度足以弥补。
搞清洁的阿姨见到我有洗衣服。还给我送来了洗衣液，每天还送各种不同的水果。
早餐丰富多样，也有郴州特色的鱼粉，杀猪粉，孩子都很喜欢。

酒店服务非常好，因见到我们有洗衣服，清理房间时特意留下晾衣架和洗衣液，我一份贴心在我们住过的那么多酒店中真正独一份，非常感恩~~~完全弥补酒店硬件上的些许不足（例如无咖啡机、无雪柜等）。卫生条件也很OK，每晚都贴心准备的不同的小水果，有需要协助客服也都尽力安排妥帖，很窝心。
酒店位置很好，应该算是市中心吧？！附近有大超市、大商场，对面就是市政府，门前大广场晚上歌舞喧天，非常热闹，本来担心有点吵，不过他们到了晚上大概9、10点就准时歇了，完全没有影响睡眠，反而让我们看到了这个城市的活力满满~~
