酒店服务素质太差，浴室设施不好，水都流到卧室，要服务员打扫一下，却要我们自己打扫，提出更换房间，却被提出要加收房间卫生费20元，真可笑！入住不到20分钟，呵呵，奇葩的服务！奇葩的酒店！无语！
