位置挺好的在神女溫泉區 還有湖畔房 方便看日出 就吹風筒壞了 電視也不能看 早餐等了十幾二十幾分鐘才有人來招呼 就好壞參半吧

前台服务员态度极差，房间里面基本的抽纸也没有，打电话问前台，前台回应就是没有，坐过最差的宾馆

这是第二次去郴州了，每次都是住的柳毅山庄，特别喜欢这里安静的环境，适合家庭出游。这里离温泉很近，走路一分钟。这一次大家族一起四十人出行，六个房间正好一栋别墅，太令我惊喜了。房间设施完善，很干净，打扫很及时，酒店员工很热情。以后去郴州还是会选择这里。

酒店设施齐全，服务热情，推荐入住套房，套房楼下自带温泉泡池，具体使用规则可以问下酒店。缺点也有，例如早餐就有点差强人意，但对比价格是完全能接受的。特别点赞下前台和套房的服务人员，特别是前台服务小妹，待人亲切热情，人也很实在。国庆出行就是为了图个开心，这点酒店就做的很好。推荐。
