所谓的新装修只不过是大堂，走廊重新刷了一遍！房间有一股味道，几间房的厕所漏水，又冲不了水，要人工往水箱加水，淋浴头漏水！纱窗又有洞，由于在山边，蚊子，小虫都可以飞进来！最气愤的是前台的人竟然连一百元的押金都想骗！事情是这样的，订了5间房，却只需要交一百押金，到了第二天退房，我们交了房卡，那前台的人说，你们可以走了，竟然不用等查房！于是我问她要退押金，这时她才打电话让人去查房！估计她想假如我不问她，走远了也不会为了一百块返回去找她了！

设施比较简单，有些陈旧, 地毯感觉很旧了，对得起参照四星的标准，但房间很大，空气比较好，窗外在建旅游城但可以看到瀑布，综合性价比还可以， 问过周边的私人公寓也要两百多，宽裕一点的可以考虑旁边的莽山大酒店可能好一些

酒店离景区只有500米，很方便。可是，设施陈旧，煲热水的壶不知几年没用，脏兮兮的，插座只有两个能用的，隔音尤其差。入住确认很迟，1号住的，7号才确认。要来莽山玩的，还是去莽山乡住好些，反正也很近。

房间空调哗哗响了一整晚，比较潮湿，卫生间喷头漏水，洗濑盆不干净，总体来说不理想，物不所值。

性价比还算可以的，离温泉远一些，大概有600米左右，离莽山森林公园约300米。br房间里的设施有些陈旧，但总的来说，还算整洁，房间之间的隔音差一些，外部没什么商业，晚上还是挺安静的。br餐厅很冷清，基本上早早就打烊了，吃饭要到森林公园门口附近。
