服务与档次一点不匹配！进房间发现上个客户所用过的沐浴露没清掉，免费的又压不出！叫服务来处理，服务直接说这个单淋浴露的单要我买，她不敢随便清出去！要经理来处理，直至退房都不见人，我还是老客户
