酒店在北湖公园对面，位置好；酒店暖气效果很好，这几天郴州很冷，1℃左右，房间空调设定26℃，很暖和，晚上睡觉觉得热；服务很贴心，头一天很我们洗了衣服，第二天服务员在房间送了晒衣架和洗衣液；卫生还行，床单毛巾比较干净；早歺比较简单，但是够吃饱；地下停车场，免费停车；房价便宜，性价比较高，下次还会再住。

早餐有汤粉面和煎蛋，中等吧，管饱。装修旧了，能接受，服务热情，卫生可以。因为在市中心，停车有地上地下车库，但有些紧张，停了车不想开车出去，怕回来不好停。周边商场吃饭多，也方便

酒店就在东江湖景区旁，门头非常显眼，环境不错，老板人很好。走路5分钟到，方便干净。有特色，书香茶香。小朋友每天喂鱼不亦乐乎。

前台的小姐姐主动热情，看到有孩子，免费升级了亲子房，房间很漂亮，孩子很喜欢，室内泳池水很干净，安全，孩子们玩得很开心，对面就是公园，交通便利，下次还会选择

自驾中途在郴州停一下，选择了这家酒店，酒店规模中等，建成时间比较早，硬件设施有些老。因为大楼内有餐厅、Spa店等，外来人员比较多，有些乱，大堂的电梯等的时间较长。住店客人可以免费游泳和蒸桑拿。晚上还给客人免费准备了热粥，比较贴心。酒店位置不错，交通便利，周围吃饭、购物也很方便。

首先我谈谈入住感受，一家四星酒店的服务是我迄今为止入住过所有酒店服务最细心最好的酒店，从前台办理入住到客房打扫卫生的阿姨，每个人都是用心在服务，当我进房间看到阿姨写的字和给我的洗衣液还有数据线的扎绳，真的让我挺感动的，你们的服务已经超出其他五星酒店服务都绰绰有余了，还有客房每天都换不同的零食，第一天水果，第二天酸奶蛋糕，谢谢你们，以后来郴州还会选择你们酒店，是你们的服务深深的感动了我，真的万分感谢………浙江游客
