该酒店是汝城在网上查到的唯一的已经四星级酒店，可一到酒店，就体会到服务离四星差太远。首先是当天中午已经确认的商务大床房，说没查到预订，后来有位姑娘查到了，是她们自己交接班没留房，后来给了一间8808；去酒店对面的餐厅吃完晚饭回来，发现卫生间的马桶冲水按钮不灵活，淋浴头只有热水，冷水出不来，完全不能洗澡，跟前台打电话答应派人来修，半小时过去没人来，只得又打电话催，师傅来折腾了15分钟，说修不好，让我们跟前台交涉换房。只得打电话去沟通，前台居然说没房了，让我们克服，让人无语，这是四星级酒店的服务方式吗？最后只能说不换房就投诉，给换了商务标间8822，打电话让我们去前台拿的房卡，总算能安逸睡了一觉，楼层的阿姨很负责，把我掉在8808房的物品送到8822，在此表示感谢。但对酒店前台的服务实在不敢恭维，希望能加强培训。

全部给满星，整体来说满意。但要告诉后来人，3楼是ktv，客房从5楼开始，怕嘈的话一定不要住5楼，尽量住高一些，入住前了解一下给安排的楼层。
另外早餐虽然简陋了一些，但是汝城特色米粉很赞，汤米粉，我要了两碗。
