环境设施都不错，但是卫生希望可以认真点，进去厕所很臭，洗澡间还有一泡尿，看到真的很冒火，希望卫生这方面可以跟上！！！！！

酒店是2017年新开的，硬件设施还不错，地理位置在市中心。第二天退房的时候出现了一些小插曲，我们一共是两间房，当时有一间马上就查完房了，另外一间在我离开酒店一个小时后打电话给我说电脑椅的烟头是我们烫的。我老公全程就没有坐过那个椅子，而且还是一个旧印子。前台服务员就说要扣钱。大堂副理周程去调查清楚后解决了这个问题。另外后续的跟踪服务也很棒，为形象大使李双双点赞！下次去郴州我还是会住金皇酒店

周边比较单一，步行买东西不方便。很好奇为啥豪华房比行政房大还比行政房便宜...入住时稍有不愉快，也算解决了。早餐结束得太早了。卫生很好，设施都很新，如果房间有晾衣绳就更好了。
