预定的一间大床房和一间双标，到店却被告知同程网没有通知，我出示下午四点多同程网发来的提示短信，都还是一口咬定没有收到通知。最后给的两个标间。

酒店在市中心，属于繁华地段，出行、购物、吃饭均很方便，就是服务还需加强，我们到店办理登记的时候，被告知同程网没有通知他们有预定，所以没有保留大床房，无奈只能给间标准间。中央空调没有开，只有送风，早上睡得一身汗。
