应该是郴州最好的酒店了，整体比较满意。虽然进酒店大门那一刻对保安的反应迟钝有些困惑，但进到大堂就被Lisa的微笑热情给融化了，入住酒店三天Lisa都很热心的在跟踪服务，特别感谢，值得推荐，下次来还会选择这里。

酒店环境挺好的，服务也非常到位！定了2间高级大床房，由于当晚有公司会议，房间紧张，免费升级了套房，还可以免费加床。房间挺豪华的，住得挺舒服。定了15:00的高铁，房间可以到14:00退房。离高铁站很近，很方便！下次来郴州还会再定温德姆酒店的。

郴州五星级酒店性价比跟服务都挺好的酒店，昨天入住之后感觉郴州人民很热情呀， 前台小姐姐廖向菊还跟我介绍了附近的景区跟好玩的地方 ，很贴心 给她的服务点赞 前台还配备了茶水 让每一个入住的客人感受到回家的感觉
