订的豪华大床房，但是前台给的是商务大床房，两种硬件都一样，就是大小不一样，商务房小好多，第二天早上看到别人的豪华大床房才知道自己被忽悠了！前台到底是疏忽还是忽悠，不得而知。跟酒店理论半天，才退了差价
