酒店房间还可以，但是周边基本啥都没有。游泳池不开，早餐种类很简单，前台一问三不知，连他们这最著名的赤壁古战场怎么去都不知道，当时酒店电梯边的就在播放宣传片。问服务员要个体温计说也没有，基本的医疗箱应该配备啊。晚上点了餐就菜，一个多小时才送到。饿都饿死了。总之服务跟其他五星酒店比差太多。
