作为客人被他们的无能搞得无语 8点就到了 要着急洗澡电视无法调试出来叫了工程部和阿姨一直给弄 我说要不我先换一个我还有很多事情 前台态度恶劣 服务极差 拒绝换房 然后就看着他们修 难道客户来住宿就是为了等你们培训来着的？
