入住当天送小孩子的小本子和背包服务员忘记放，第二天我自己去要的。
淡季的入住送餐饮代金劵活动九月底已经没有了。
十一期间亲子房1688。一米八双人床加一米五高低床，房间足可以睡下六个人。高低床的床垫很薄很硬。双人床比较软厚舒适。厕所干湿分离区域合理，就是玻璃门的遮羞膜贴的太没水平了，贴个一米高，还不贴门，那挡得住什么？房内隔音不错，走廊隔音很差，小孩跑跳叫嚷清清楚楚。
房内迷你吧免费但是服务员没有主动告知，房内显眼处也没有提示，房内的酒店宣传册上误导写了迷你吧内所有饮食的价格，住了三天退房时无意在一张临时迎宾纸片上看到说免费…
酒店每天送三张十元代金券用来参加小孩子的活动，采摘五元一斤，自行车二十元一小时，室外烧烤有套餐188元起，也可以自带食材按小时收费。
餐厅价格偏贵，还在接受范围。人均五十吧。
温泉比较清净简单。幽静，人不多。一米三以上小孩补票。
总体环境还行。价格也确实贵。各种服务和细节还有提高空间。

餐厅食材新鲜度还可以.服务主动热情。前台男服务员办入住介绍餐券和采摘券事宜敷衍了事 采摘券详情只字未提。关于事外温泉也无任何介绍 办完入住后也不主动告知电梯及房间方位. 结账时男服务员全程方言与隔壁人聊天。给人一种城乡结合部快捷酒店的即视感。快去SPG学学什么叫度假酒店。不提高服务对不住你这虚高的房价。
