酒店还不错，房间比较新，床都比较大，我是五一节日期间订的，当时预定最晚20点前去，我18多去，服务员说房给别人了，我晕，后来我都订好了，最后服务员协调别人安排去别的酒店了，这一点服务员做的不对，我没到时间就安排别的人，协调半天找房，差不多过一小时我们才住进去！
