酒店老板和前台服务态度都蛮好的，很热心。但是酒店卫生真的不敢恭维，毛巾都是黄的，提供的拖鞋特别臭，床上有蟑螂。

店内停车场挺大，很方便；在草原上的旅店算是卫生不错的，设施也较新，洗澡热水很好，男服务人员态度很好，还提供地图；早餐很简单，一般；十一旅游旺季近700元的价格有点小贵，但同比起塞罕坝的强很多了，没有比较就没有伤害🙈。总体算是较满意。
