酒店硬件确实不错，也能看出酒店老板的用心，但服务的管理经验还是不足，特别在早餐方面，早餐是7:00-9:00，8:30去基本就没有啥东西了，特别是六日早上，大家起的都相对较晚，酒店没有考虑到顾客的用餐时段，好几对夫妇一看就直接选择不吃了，用餐时没有几个人，但几个服务员已经显得忙不过来了，一会儿没盘子，一会儿没勺子的，牛奶是奶粉冲的，从这方面没有体现酒店的经营理念，见微知著，希望以后能不断改进。

很好，路过赤峰住了一晚，前台服务很好，因赤峰的烂路走了很久，反复和我们联系，房间留到很晚

这家酒店和昊酒店是一家的。门前只有五六个停车位，停车只能停到道路两侧，有点担心晚上车被砸什么的，酒店要是有自己的停车场就好了。房间设施完备很新，很干净。酒店服务员态度特别要表扬一下。口齿伶俐，头脑清晰，很勤快，对顾客遇到的问题能很快解决。酒店虽然最后送了我们三位早点，但是酒店早餐实在太简单，太单调了，没有在酒店吃。
