订的远景大床房，结果开始给了7层城景，进房间看房间小不是自己订的，后来找前台才又换了19层，房间也比7层的宽敞些。据说10层以上是远景。但前台接待一直不承认面积不同，说都是一样的大小。另外没有浴袍，又找服务员要来的。也没有擦手毛巾。毛巾、浴巾也是只有一条，意思是大床都是单人入住的么？！也是醉了
