酒店硬件看上去不错，入住以后没有矿泉水，中央空调不好用，开房间门还卡。健身房压根没开过，游泳池就更没有了。床太硬了，简直是我没办法忍受的。总之体验很差

2点退房，刷房卡说2:01了，需要加收半天房费，之前没有告知强调，沟通无果，多年来遇见的第一家奇葩酒店！再客观评价一下：酒店房间内部陈设硬件品质一般且陈旧，卫生状况一般，第一天没放卫生纸，之后收拾房间不放瓶装水，前台服务态度差，不要想提什么要求，因为基本的都不达标。
