酒店环境不错，入住以后马上送上茶水，申请延时退房也很顺利，而且还代为保存行李，总的来说，酒店服务很满意。

酒店设施洁净、装修布置较好，房间内有很多电器开关都有很贴心的设计。入住房间时服务员会把一杯热茶送到身边，还有果盘赠送，说实话整体感觉挺有档次的，下次有机会来赤峰相信还会选择这里。不过有一点感觉赤峰的饮食消费较高，酒店周边有很多饭店但大都不大好吃，至少不合我这个并不太挑剔的胃口。

很好，前台很热情，入住手续办理的也比较快，还有人领到房间并送了茶水，清茶一杯暖人心，今后还会入住的。
