服务态度不好!客房的房顶掉皮!
晚上九点多巴掌大的墙皮整块掉下来，我给前台打电话反应，前台服务员回复:掉皮正常，只要不在床上面的位置就没关系。
客房发生状况，我可以理解，但服务员的态度我不能理解，是不是应该先问问有没有砸到客人?
