20180613入住-20180615退房，赤峰金方大酒店真实经历：
1，第一天住610房，电话用不了，电视看不了，酒店还有蚊子，衣柜门板设计缺陷，电源插座位置设计不人性
2，第二天住603房，房卡开不了门，卫生间灯不停闪，毛巾发黄毛边稀碎，遥控器铺满灰尘，送的水果是烂的，盘子也很脏
3，提交了保证金，也没有留房
4，明知房型不对，也不主动告知（22:01办理入住）
5，电视看不了，维修人员来调个台，花了40分钟（23:27才调好）
6，明知房间卫生间的灯坏了，还把它开给客人住
7，打扫卫生的客房人员说，灯没有新的原件，而工程部人员说，维修工作人员已经下班了，说的都不一样，理由太牵强
8，向前台要求酒店经理回电，前台却告知，酒店经理很忙，电话打不通
9，前台人员服务水平和态度都需要提升！前台人员，对所有出现的问题，都不从自身找原因，总觉得客户在故意挑毛病，（心里在想，大床房换成标间，怎么了，一样可以睡！房间里电视看不了，不看电视就不能睡了吗！灯在不停的闪，怎么了，关了不就行了！给你免费升级个套房，给你赚了大便宜，你偷着乐吧，还这么多事！）
