酒店现在处于严重亏损状态，整体环境很衰败，房间因长时间无人居住有很多问题，比如：漏水、发霉、窗帘掉落，浴室看起来很脏，屋内气氛阴森。员工工资拖欠严重，可想而知酒店哪有费用消毒和做清洁。酒店服务人员均无统一制服，穿着随意，有路边野店的既视感。最后一张是酒店经理，固执无理，入住当天一直在与房客争执。
