住在这里，就像是经历了一场噩梦。办理入住准备回房间的时候，酒店有7个醉鬼，喝多了酒，他们要入住的人并没有带证件，酒店却可以拿别人的证件给他们开房间，人证不符，酒店居然给办了入住。因为那几个人对我出言不逊，我先生和他们起了争执。七个人拳打脚踢的打我先生一个，我拼命的护住我先生。然后大喊，让酒店找保安，并且报警。可是，酒店既没有帮我报警，也没有保安出来，只有一个大堂经理告诉我们他们没办法拉架。试问，600多一晚上的酒店，为什么没有一个好的安保系统，怎么保障客人的安全？我的手机在争执的过程中被人抢走。还好，有其他的客人帮我报了警，如果没人帮我，后果不堪设想……
