因为没有入住，没发评价。只能说我们因为出了交通事故导致不能入住，有三人都受伤了，在通辽住院，需要陪护，没能入住，申请了特殊全额退款也没有成功，很不人性化，又不是不想入住，出了事故谁也不想的，也没准是没有提供有力的照片，可那时候谁有心思在那照相，全想着救人了
