外观高大上的酒店，大堂富丽堂皇。
办理入住手续时前台就催着给五分好评，我乐，还没住进来怎么打分。
免费升级到湖景大床房，在阳台上可以远眺湖景，湖水清澈，绿树掩映，非常之美。
房间很大，不足之处是地毯太脏，可以用肮脏来形容。沙发毫无弹性，坐下去不舒服。被子竟然不是羽绒被，又重又硬了。好在席梦思很好，软硬适中。
中央空调要调到21度才启动，估计是传感器问题。
整体环境5分，服务态度5分。
早餐十分丰盛，中餐，西餐都有，5分，虽然西点里只有黄油一种奶制品。

入住时被升级为套房，正宗的一室一厅，面积超大。谢谢酒店的升级！只是作为豪华型酒店来说，设施略显陈旧，空调效果也有点不大好，可能是房间太大的缘故。两个卫生间，卫生间也超大，还有个按摩浴缸，好好享受了一下。自助餐、早餐品种都挺多，味道嘛就那样吧，不过价格还行。
