酒店内部环境不错，园林庭院结构，能远望地藏大佛。豪华客房内有阳台，面积也大，只是该酒店的管理太差，服务也差，服务人员没礼貌，视客人不见，餐饮贵且菜品少，除了当地几个特色菜外几乎点啥都没有，或者点单了等了很久才告知没有，退房时要求电瓶车来接，等待十分钟未见，因要赶机场航班。只得自行冒着40度高温步行至前台，前台也感觉不好意思打招呼送了个小礼品。感觉酒店管理层有问题，像招待所模式经营五星豪华酒店，管理方南京雨润公司绝对有问题，国有企业小经营模式，迟早砸了涵月楼这块连锁牌子。

房间时间长没人住，给我们住没换床单，睡上去好痒，半夜叫服务员换被子，就好了，态度还可以，房间有较潮湿

非常好的酒店，从环境到建筑的设计都体现了中国园林的特色，到九华山旅游在这里入住，身心都能得到放松。住在这里去大愿文化园步行仅10分钟的路程，去游客服务中心步行约14、5分钟的路程，交通便利。酒店占地面积较大，里面配有电瓶车接送，入住时前台给免费升级为豪华房，入住体验很好，推荐！。
