酒店就在湖边，环境非常好，远离闹市喧嚣，睡觉很舒服，房间很大，卫生不错，早餐也很好，就是服务需提升。我们当时带着老人、小孩同往，行李较多，从登记处到客房又较远，但是没有服务人员关心，行李车要了很久也没送到，只能自己把行李从登记处搬到客房，这点需要改善。
