晚上八点钟办理的入住，十一楼，当天天气比较冷，空调开到最大等了半小时最高温度只有9度，打电话给总台，很快派了服务员和维修人员来，但一小时后温度没有明显上升最高10度，同时发现房间里竟然没有水，于是找到总台准备调换房间。到了总台得知的消息是整条街的水管冻坏了，以致于酒店竟然没有冷水，只有热水，在这样的情况下我们要求退房！酒店还要我们按钟点房支付房费！交涉了大约半小时酒店同意全额退款，刚出酒店工作人员跟我们说有水了，估计是天气冷楼层太高水泵打不上去，我们又重新回到酒店办理入住，此时已经快十点了，这次住的是9楼，空调没问题，热水冷水都有，经历几番周折总算住下来了。房间空间不大，设施比较齐全，看上去干净卫生，就是早上起来的时候没有热水，不知是怎么回事。

性价比非常高的一家酒店，服务也很好，最好的是酒店里的晚餐非常好吃量也非常的足，非常好，下次一定再去，推荐。

黄山旅游回家途中经过九华山老公要去，我就在艺龙订房但国庆哪都满房，抱着试试看来到青阳没想到运气这么好进青阳一会就看到华侨大酒店，酒店的大堂高大上!房间设施一新 卫生干净 ，前台美女们非常热情值得点赞！下次来九华山还会入住的
