房间热水要开很长时间才有且出水量很小，waif连接不上，酒店服务表面挺客气但为客户服务的意识其实挺差，尤其是假日生意好的时候感觉对客户要求非常敷衍，总体上与星级酒店相差距离很大。带家人住了一次，感觉非常差、搞得心情很不好，下次肯定不去了，也强烈推荐大家不要去。

绝对差评，这不是给酒店环境的差评，而是给服务。wifi永远连不上，酒店方面找个人来看了也连不上就没下文，热水要放很久才会有，把我冻坏了。门卡莫名就坏，两天把我们关了两次，要求换房间和总台说好中午有房给我们换，中午联系说有房，赶到总台换了班就不认账，在艺龙订房这么久第一次碰到这种服务。只能说四星的环境，零星的服务，奉劝各位慎重选择该酒店！！！

环境真不错，就是山下人气还不足，因为国庆自驾不能上山才住下，娱乐设施还未全营业，但价位性价比高。
