卫生一般吧，前台服务态度不满意，开错发票我没生气人家倒不高兴了，呵呵，脾气挺大的，晚上夜班辛苦都理解，但是不是理由吧。

这家小旅店除了价格相对便宜、地理位置还行外，没有其它优点：1.网上显示标准间有窗，但安排的房间实际没窗，这也忍了；2.房间地毯和墙壁壁纸上很多小洞和霉斑，这也忍了；3.热水壶开关不灵，工作人员很快处理，这点挺好；4.但晚上竟然没热水洗澡，大年初三的天气竟然让人洗冷水澡，让人想哭，本来就咳嗽没好，连辣都不敢吃，现在都不知道咳嗽会不会加重。住过那么多不同的酒店，第一次遇到没热水洗澡的，实在是忍不了，让人很生气，早知道是这样的大酒店，就多花点钱住好点的，至少冬天不会没热水洗澡~后悔死了，本不该只图便宜，身体健康比钱更重要。
